Production and Certifications
MG&MD Srl carries out its entire production in its plant in San Giorgio in Bosco (PD) plant by processing high-quality raw material with state-of-the-art machinery.
The materials used are mainly stainless steel, glass, and aluminum, but wood, quartz agglomerates, natural marble, corian, brass, and corten iron are also used for several required “custom” products.
Finishes for metals range from galvanic treatments, mirror polishing, special anodising, and both powder and liquid varnishing, while for wood we work with solid wood, with lacquering on MDF panels, with laminating on plywood, or with veneering on blockboard.
Below are some pictures of “raw” products (elements under construction photographed in the warehouse) that attest the care in workmanship and the craftsmanship attention given to each job order (custom or standard) developed in the company.
Our production is mainly composed of refrigerated counters, display cases and bar furniture, but a large part of the production is also dedicated to the manufacture of wine cabinets, refrigerated cellars, refrigerated tanks, ice cream display cases, pastry display cases, wine cellars, refrigerated wall units, drop-in cold tanks, bar modules, outdoor bars and curved glass.
Each product undergoes the safety tests required by law at the end of its manufacture and is supplied with the relevant technical manual for use and maintenance; therefore, all items therefore comply with current regulations and are certified with the ‘CE’ mark.
