The “Sushi-Snack” custom refrigerated display case is a refrigerated stainless steel basin, available in either static or ventilated versions, with a glass structure and sliding rear plexiglass closures. Inside, it can accommodate perforated stainless steel trays (for displaying products on an “ice bed”), GN 1/3 containers h.40mm, or smooth stainless steel surfaces (for a classic presentation). Temperature control is managed via an electronic control unit provided, or through a remote electrical panel that can be connected within a 1-meter distance.
