The sushi and snack display cases are designed both for showcasing sushi and fresh fish on an ice bed and for displaying snacks and cold dishes.

The well is made entirely of stainless steel, with a glass structure and rear sliding plexiglass doors for quick and easy access. Inside, you can insert perforated stainless steel trays for ice-bed display, GN 1/3 h.40 mm containers, or smooth stainless steel shelves, depending on requirements.

Temperature control is managed through the supplied electronic unit or via a remote control panel to be connected within 1 meter.
