Its great depth allows for the accommodation of 5, 8, or 10-liter gelato tubs, providing an excellent visual impact from the customer side. The refrigeration system with a double evaporator ensures the perfect preservation of the gelato, including artisanal varieties. The basin is made of stainless steel, insulated with low-density ecological polyurethane. The refrigeration system features an R452A valve, a stainless steel work surface, heated and openable front glass, LED-lit top, and standard-connected motors.
