Island pastry display case version

The Isola Gold pastry display cases are designed to showcase pralines and fresh pastries as unique pieces, thanks to a smooth display surface, available in fixed or pull-out versions, which provides full visibility without distractions.

The structure, insulated with eco-friendly low-density polyurethane, ensures efficient insulation. The interior is made of stainless steel, while the exterior is clad in beige plastic-coated sheet metal. The glass case, made of 10 mm extra-clear tempered crystal with UV bonding, provides transparency and strength.

The electrical panel is supplied separately in a stainless steel box, with the evaporator pipe outlet and condensate drain located at the bottom.

Pastry and praline display case version

The “Gold” pastry display cases also allow for professional pastry bar furnishings, showcasing fresh pastries and pralines as if they were precious jewels, displayed on a smooth, pull-out or fixed surface, without visual obstructions.
