The “Gold” custom refrigerated display case allows for the presentation of fresh pastries and pralines as if they were precious jewels, showcased on a smooth display surface that can be either removable or fixed, without any visual obstructions.
The body is insulated with low-density ecological polyurethane, featuring a stainless steel interior and a beige plastic-coated exterior. The glass showcase is made of 10 mm thick extra-clear, tempered glass, bonded with UV adhesive.
The electrical panel is housed in a separate stainless steel box, with evaporator tube outlets and condensate water drainage at the bottom.
